YETKİM (https://yetkim.org/) is an identity federation established for higher education and research institutions affiliated with the National Academic Network ULAKNET.

YETKİM provides an authentication and authorization infrastructure for web resources with the Single Sign-On (TOA) method. With this infrastructure, access to inter-institutional web resources is simple and secure.
TOA is an authentication and authorization mechanism that provides access to all services with a single user by opening a single login. This method simplifies username and password management for users, while also reducing the labor required for system management. Thus, users are provided with access to different services such as e-mail, library and student system in a single step.

Our university also operates a Corporate Identity Server included in the YETKİM network/infrastructure and therefore in eduGAIN. Through this identity server, web resources included in the YETKİM and eduGAIN infrastructure can be accessed with your university digital identity.

In order to access the databases provided to our university free of charge via Ekual-Ulakbim from outside the institution, you can log in with your e-mail password after selecting Muş Alparslan University from the institution tab on the home page of the relevant database, without using the username @alparlsan.edu.tr extension in front of your institutional e-mail address.
